miniseries, is a deliciously twisted take on L. Frank Baum’s Wonderful Wizard of OZ. A tornado rips DG from her humdrum life in the Midwest and dumps her in the Outer Zone, a magical world tormented by the sorceress and her henchmen. It’s definitely a place much further over the rainbow. Highly entertaining. (2008)

animation/cartoon, is a 3D animation series that tells of the exciting life of Ocean, the beautiful and intelligent daughter of Fairy Maureen. Life is simple in their small fishing village until the invasion of the evil forces. Gorgeous animation and action-filled storytelling will make this a hit with children around the world. (2008)

music video, is a surrealistic representation of revolution to overcome political and social oppression. Hip hop music framed against a minimalist cityscape with smoke, factories and industries representing oppression and domination unable to defy the desire of freedom to arise. television drama series, is a youth oriented soap opera set in Argentina. It’s the highly energetic story of five teenagers with different personalities and from different backgrounds who meet to save an abandoned theatre as they advance their passion for music. Gryphon Productions Ltd., The Real Lost World, feature documentary, is an epic adventure trip to
find the real place that inspired Arthur Doyle’s “Lost World”, the original Jurassic Park. A team
of scientists ascended to the mist shrouded plateau of Roraima, Venezuela. Along the way, they
encounter giant anacondas, 12” spiders, 150 pound rodents and venomous snakes. Shooting under
extreme conditions, the production crew shot vérité-style using two Sony HDCam 730s and a
Sony Z1U HDV. (2007)

documentary, explores
the beloved fantasy world and life the man behind the mythology of Narnia. It was
shot and distributed as a DVD bonus for Disney’s The Chronicles of Narnia. First-rate
narration, in the form of a letter written to children, is a marvelous storytelling

Milk Plant Films, How to Grow a Fig Tree, 36-minute director’s
cut, viewer impact: content/message delivery, is a coming-of-age movie in which
a grandfather, Izzy Poidomani, attempts to teach his grandson, Christ Bashinelli,
that without love, life is meaningless. This tender, but rough-edged drama is set
in the Brooklyn/Queens area with an Italian backdrop. Poidomani delivers a captivating

Producciones Garito (Puerto Rico), Victoria, television pilot program/not yet broadcast, proves
the power of skilled acting and a powerful storyline. Victoria, played by Luisa de Los Rios, is a
successful, but unfulfilled at lawyer. That changes when she meets Fat Girl, a rap singer who
enjoys his live and follows his dreams. Excellent casting of secondary players allows for an
engaging, and well-told story. This is the first feature-length drama from director Coraly Santaliz,
but clearly it shouldn’t be her last. (2007)

follows the antics of four young people as they are crossing from adolescence to young
adulthood. Under the tutelage of professional directors and scriptwriters, the young actors give

builds a compelling case for the sponsor’s product by showing how even a clumsily
nerd can get a beautiful girl by bringing her the “right beer”. No bells, no whistles,
no fancy graphics or camera work, just an everyman theme with humor and quirky character

direction, is a charming featurette in which the legendary composer takes viewers
on a magical journey that reveals many secrets about the music of Mary Poppins.
Shot against a green-screen it flows exceptionally well, provides interesting background

Story, network television & lead actor ( Michael Therriault), is the
story of an unstoppable political force who eaarned the respect of millions of Canadians.
Powerful storytelling and surperb character development. Joining Michael Therriault
as Tommy Douglas are some of Canada’s greatest stars including Kristin Booth who
plays Irma, Tommy’s universally-respected wife. (2006)

Sarah Elgart, Lies, music video, is the Accolade’s
first ever Best of Show award to a music video. Surperb cinematography, cuts and
mixing of black & white and color against a multi-ethnic, urban setting. Conceptually
the lyrics suggest that hatred and intolerance are taught to children and offers
